Returns & Exchanges
We stand by our products 100% and want happy horses and customers alike. Did Trigger accidentally get a hold of your phone and order themselves a new wardrobe?
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days. Items must be in original, restockable condition and include with tags, velcro, plastic, and other shipping items intact. Please keep this in mind when you receive your items so we can make an easy return or exchange if needed.
All returns must be sent packed and well protected the same way as delivered. All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If an item that has been returned/exchanged is not in resealable condition, you will be refunded minus the value deduction and restocking fee, which can be up to 100%. We can also ship the item back to you at your cost instead. We will reach out on these individual cases.
Decided you need a different color instead? We will handle exchanges like returns. Send us the original item back in resealable condition and we will send you out the exchange. If the item(s) being sent out are below our free shipping minimum, the customer is responsible for shipping to them. You can also add items to the shipment to get above the minimum.
In the event there is a major defect with one of our products, we will stand by our product 100% and give a full refund and pay for return shipping at our expense. In the event there is no defect found, we can either return the item at your expense or give a refund minus the value deduction and restocking fee if applicable.
All items in our End of Season sale may be slightly imperfect due to being samples or having minor manufacture defects. None of these will impede use. Due to the extreme discount, these items are not returnable unless there is a major defect.
In the event of a return, we will be refunding it back to the original method paid (minus any fees if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the product. Customer is responsible for ensuring the item gets back to our warehouse. We highly recommend using a traceable shipping method.

Refused packages-
For any package that has been refused and returned, we will be charging a $35 fee to recover shipping and restocking. We will reach out to see if the customer would like a re delivery or refund (minus any applicable fees).
Second hand purchases-
We all love a deal and our founder loves buying 'new to you' items herself. Unfortunately, any second hand purchases will not be applicable for the above return/exchange program. We also love the environment! If you have an older pad, bonnet or a well used set of polos (even second hand) and would like to get a new set, we are happy to upcycle your products and provide a new sets at a discount. Other-
Us equestrians are crazy people. I mean, who else voluntarily works with animals upwards of 1,000lbs? You do you! That being said, Standard Issue Equestrian cannot be held responsible for any accidents or similar that may happen where our products have been used.
